Making a formal complaint
Complaints go to our Grievance Officer, who must acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021. Those are statutory limits, not targets we set.
