Cookie Policy
MSME Exchange does not set cookies. This page explains what your browser actually stores when you use the platform, and why.

1The short answer
MSME Exchange sets no cookies — not for sign-in, not for preferences, not for analytics, not for advertising. No consent banner asks you to accept cookies here because there is nothing to accept: a banner offering a choice about something that does not happen would itself be a false statement.
2What your browser actually stores
Signing in stores two values in your browser’s localStorage — a mechanism distinct from a cookie: it is never sent to a server automatically with every request the way a cookie is, and no third party can read it.
- A sign-in token, so you stay signed in between visits without re-entering your password every time.
- A refresh token, used only to obtain a new sign-in token when the current one expires.
Both are read only to attach an authorization header to requests you make to MSME Exchange’s own API, and are cleared the moment you sign out or your session is revoked. Nothing else is stored for tracking, preference-remembering or measurement purposes.
3Install support (the app you can add to your home screen)
If you install MSME Exchange as an app on your phone or computer, your browser keeps a small, versioned cache of the interface’s own static files (the code and images that make the app load quickly) so the install works offline for that shell. It never caches your account data, your holdings, or any listing’s status — every one of those is fetched fresh from the server every time, and the app shows a plain “you need a connection” page rather than a stale number if you open it offline. This is standard install-support behaviour built into every modern browser, not a cookie and not a tracking mechanism.
4No third-party trackers
MSME Exchange loads no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking technology of any kind. If that changes, it will be because a specific, disclosed tool was added for a specific, disclosed purpose — never silently, and this page will say so, dated, in the same change.
5How this relates to the Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy’s clause on cookies and similar technologies says the same thing this page does, in one paragraph. This page exists as its own destination because that is the name a visitor — and a browser’s own privacy tools — look for by convention, not because the answer differs.
