Privacy
Ask about your personal data
For people without an account, or who can no longer sign in to one. If you can sign in, the tools inside your account do most of this immediately.
If you have an account and can sign in, use Your data instead — access, correction, consent withdrawal and erasure are handled there directly rather than through a queue.
What happens next
- We record the request and start the clock on it.
- We email the address you gave, with a link to confirm it is yours.
- Once confirmed, someone handles it and writes back to that address. If we cannot do part of what you asked — because another law requires us to keep something — we will say which part and name the provision, rather than refuse the whole request.
Under §13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you must give us the chance to answer before approaching the Data Protection Board of India. This is that chance, and it is also the step the Board will ask whether you took.
